Challenge up your life: Challenge #7 Box

Hi Crafters,
and a happy new year to all of you. I am having trouble getting back in my crafty flow, many things have been going on after Christmas, and my Mojo feels kind of blocked. But I do hope to be posting more soon.

For now, it’s challenge time again, so please visit us at

We thought of something very useful this time, we challenge you to create a Box, or something with a box:

Challenge #7 Box

I went for a gift box large enough for two bars of square chocolate and a matching sleeve.

I got a new stamp set for Christmas and absolutely wanted to use the chameleon for this project. So I picked some bright green cardstock for the box, to match the color I had in mind for the image. I created the box with my envelope punch board and simply cut and scored a piece of water color paper to create the sleeve.

Then I stamped the image and masked off the feet to stamp a branch for it to sit on. That one is actually a birch tree from a Christmas set, but I just turned it over and used it as a branch. Lastly I water colored the images with my Inktense pencils and added the matching sentiments, which say:

you color my world
don’t ever change

I hope you do join in and have lots of fun with this Challenge.
Love
Ela
